Application (ESS)

go on+”, our Web-based Employee Self Service (ESS), is essentially a human resources solution that utilizes a web based program to both lighten the workload of your HR department and provide your employees with more control over their data. More importantly, “go on+” will help promote a modern corporate image and increase employee satisfaction.
With the most visual, versatile and powerful Workflow system, our “go on+”, ESS is well-designed, easily workable and accessible, and more user-friendly than you ever think. It is installed in our secured data center and network via the secured http (HTTPS).
Users can log in from home – or anywhere else with an internet connection (Internet Explorer or Safari) by PC, laptop, tablet and mobile phone. “go on+” solution gives employees access to certain key details about their personal data and benefits. Employees can apply for leave, look at policies, request for certificates or benefits reimbursement such as OT, book training or download pay slips. And all with e-mail notification.

Functions

Employee Profile:

Managing Organization Structure and Employee Personal Data.

E-Pay Slip:

Reviewing and downloading pay slips, Tax Certificate (50Tawi) and draft PND91 which are available on both web-based platform and mobile application.

E-Leave:

Online leave management (leave request/approval with mail notification). Employees can submit leave requests by using either web-based platform or mobile application. Approver can manage and approve these requests through web-based platform, mobile application, or email.

E-Certificate:

HR related documents i.e. salary certificate or employment certificate can be easily managed through our web-based application.

E-Time Attendance:

Managing time recording with online feature to review and edit employees’ time in/out records and shifts.

E-OT:

Online OT management (OT request/approval with mail notification)

E-Benefit:

Online benefits & welfare management (employee benefits & welfare request/approval with mail notification). This module helps monitoring and managing employees’ benefits reimbursement. Reimbursements can be requested and approved through web-based application.

E-Training:

Creating and managing training courses/schedules, training roadmaps and employees’ training records as well as online register feature.
